Jaguar is the latest automaker to announce a commitment to the Formula E electric car racing series, joining the likes of Audi, DS, Mahindra, Renault and Venturi. The British automaker’s first race will coincide with the start of Formula E's third season in the fall of 2016.
It’s been speculated for months but today Indian conglomerate Mahindra & Mahindra finally announced it has acquired legendary Italian design firm Pininfarina. Mahindra, together with its Tech Mahindra subsidiary that specializes in IT systems and engineering consultancy, will acquire a 76.06 percent stake in Pininfarina from the design firm’s parent company Pincar.
