This morning, Reuters reports that Volkswagen plans to issue a worldwide recall for all 11 million diesel vehicles equipped with software designed to cheat on emissions tests.
Volvo has issued a recall for more than 7,800 vehicles from the 2016 model-year, including the Volvo S60, V60, V60CC, XC60, XC70, and S80. According to a bulletin from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, some of those vehicles may suffer from an electrical problem that could cause them to stall in traffic.
Teaser for new Mazda sports car concept debuting at the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show
Mazda may be close to confirming plans for an all-new, rotary-powered sports car to fill the void left by the RX-8 which bowed out of production in 2012. The Japanese automaker today released a single teaser shot of a new sports car concept that makes its debut late next month at the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show, and it's possible the concept previews a future production model powered by a rotary engine.
The current Lexus LS is now entering its 10th year on the market, making it a veritable dinosaur in automotive terms, but the good news is that a new one is in the works. We’re expecting this all-new LS in the second half of next year, as a 2017 model, but even with its impending arrival Lexus has chosen to spruce up the current car with a few minor updates.
