2016 Chevrolet Equinox Preview

Over the past several years, the Chevrolet Equinox has been maintaining a sweet spot in crossover-vehicle popularity—and it’s paid off, in that it’s now Chevy’s second-best-selling vehicle in North America, after only the Silverado full-size pickups. And now the 2016 Chevy Equinox doesn’t get all that much that would disrupt its appeal. Rather, it gets a light refresh that brightens and sharpens this crossover’s exterior look, warms up the cabin look and feel, and makes the feature set a little more straightforward and safety-conscious.

2016 Honda Pilot Preview

The 2016 Honda Pilot abruptly changes course, away from the tall, super-upright, boxy-is-beautiful mantra that it’s carried forward since the original introduction of this model for 2003. Up until now, with the introduction of its fully redesigned, reengineered third generation, the Honda Pilot has bravely held tightly to such a form—one that set it aside from virtually all the crossover competition, yet one that arguably might have caused some misunderstanding about the Pilot’s purpose and pedigree. Now, the 2016 Pilot goes rounded and more organic, borrowing some of the softer yet high-tailed look of the current CR-V yet at the same time looking quite a bit more like the related MDX.

Nissan GT-R, Infiniti EX, FX Recalled For Defective Steering Column

Nissan North America is recalling thousands of Infiniti EX and FX models, as well as the Nissan GT-R. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, those vehicles may suffer from design flaws that inhibit drivers' ability to steer. NHTSA's recall documents reveal the reason for the recall: a steering component manufactured by Fuji Kiko Co.,Ltd. That component can occasionally prevent Infiniti and Nissan owners from steering their vehicles properly.
