Electric Cars Cut Greenhouse Gases Even More Than Expected, NASA Says

A trial program with electric cars at the Kennedy Space Center is going better than expected, cutting greenhouse gas emissions in company vehicles. In fact, the center's sustainability office suggests the results are 10 times better than those expected--electric cars are making a real impact on-site.

New TurboCord Electric-Car Charging Cord Can Use 120 Or 240 Volts

Electric car owners may not have to get their hands dirty at gas stations, but they do have to carry around an extra essential item not found in their internal combustion counterparts--a charging cord.
