Green Car Reports tests the 2013 Scion iQ and finds it lacks a certain something despite rating 37 mpg in a cute, compact body. Jeep and Chevy are looking into the 2010 Wrangler and the 2011-12 Cruze for possible engine fires, totaling about 470,000 cars and trucks.
