Family Car Guide 2011
We're very proud to show off our newest creation at High Gear Media, the new face of Family Car Guide.
We think the latest version of the site makes it easy for readers to research their next vehicle, to keep up on the latest family-car news, and to get new car reviews created just for families, not necessarily enthusiasts.
Here's how the new sections of FamilyCarGuide can help you:
Reviews: For the first time, we'll be writing reviews of a select set of vehicles aimed right at families, with the help of our sister site, TheCarConnection. With the same expert opinions, FamilyCarGuide's reviews will look most closely at utility, safety and features for its reviews--everything you're focused on when shopping for the next car.
Car news that counts: We're now covering the latest family-car news, including regular updates on recalls, safety scores from the NHTSA and the IIHS, all the types of vehicles families drive and own (minivans, SUVs, sedans and wagons), as well as launching special sections for teen driving and third-row seats.
Helpful lists: Our editors are compiling important lists to help you find out more about your current vehicle, or your next one--bringing you everything from the best of 30-mpg crossovers, to tips on how to save on insurance bill.
Multimedia: You'll see even more videos and photo galleries from our editors, and from around the Web, to drive home the basics you need to know.
Shopping tools: As always, FamilyCarGuide brings you the tools you need for pricing new and used vehicles, and for comparing cars before you buy.
We hope you like the new look and the new focus. As always, you can keep up with FamilyCarGuide by bookmarking us today--and by following us on Facebook and Twitter, or by subscribing to our daily emails right from the homepage.
