2012 Honda Civic
The 2012 Honda Civic has barely started hitting dealerships, yet it's already affected by a recall.
According to Honda, an O-ring might have been displaced in the fuel-system assembly, potentially leading to a leak where two pieces of pipe attach to each other.
Honda will replace the fuel feed line on 1,156 Civics in all.
The automaker verifies that at this point, most of the Civic models affected by this recall haven't yet even been sold and will be repaired prior to sale.
Owners of those few vehicles already sold will be getting notification by mail, shortly after May 27, 2011; they can also check with Honda's recall information site to see if their vehicle is affected, or call 800-999-1009.
