Video: Scott Bartosiewicz Speaks About Tweeting The F-Bomb on Chrysler's Twitter Account

March 17, 2011
As many of you have heard by now, the F-Bomb was accidentally tweeted on Chrysler's Twitter account last week. Soon after that fiasco went down, Chrysler announced it would not be renewing its contract with its social media agency of record New Media Strategies (NMS). While all this is big news we all sat and wondered who the person responsible for all this actually was.

Meet 28 year old Scott Bartosiewicz. He was an account executive for NMS on his way to a meeting when he accidentally posted a tweet on Chrysler's Twitter account. That tweet was meant for his personal account. Bartosiewicz says he actually deleted the Chrysler Twitter account from his Tweetdeck app on his iPhone as he found the application sometimes posted updates to the wrong accounts. Even with the Chrysler account deleted from his Tweetdeck he claims the update posted to the wrong account.

Bartosiewicz has hired a lawyer and is looking into legal action against Tweetdeck as this problem seems to be a documented issue.

Scott Bartosiewicz spoke to WXYZ ABC7 News about the situation in the video below.
