The 2011 MINI Cooper Countryman is rolling across America, and today, High Gear Media has the newest luxury crossover covered.
This weekend, MINI joined up with fans from coast to coast on the MINI Takes the States rally. Owners and enthusiasts convened in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Atlanta to join up and make their way to Denver for a massive (well, MINI-massive) homecoming that the car company says will total about 3000 devotees.
We hooked up with the MINI rally's southeastern leg on Sunday, and piloted the new Countryman from Atlanta to Knoxville, the long way--to the northeastern corner of Georgia and the western tip of North Carolina, into eastern Tennessee. Late Sunday afternoon, we handed over the keys to the Countryman in the home of UT and came back with plenty to share with you.
