2009 Saab 9-7X AWD 4-door Aero Front Exterior View

All three models features full-time four-wheel-drive, traction control, limited slip differential and stability control. These features gave the 9-7X good manners in all but the worst road conditions. The body and ride were firm and controlled and handled just about anything you or nature could throw at it.

The 9-7X series was and still is nicely equipped with standard heated leather front seats, multi-position power driver's seat other quality features such as the Bose Sound system and its 10-speaker array whose position was designed by computer. Other standard features included satellite radio and a subscription to GM's proprietary OnStar radio safety link.

Few Options

About the only options available were Navigation and a rear entertainment system. In other words it was a complete vehicle, however, it was a very American truck-like vehicle that really was little more than a GM vehicle with the Saab name glued on.

They will appreciate over time due to the name and reputation of Saab but they do prove one not so old adage: You can take the Saab out of Trollhatten, but you can't take the Trollhatten out of a true Saab.
