2009 Mercedes-Benz CLS Class

In America, station wagons began falling from favor in the late 1970s, when vans and, subsequently, SUVs became the preferred family ride. Today, however,  there appears to be a resurgence of interest in the lower-profile wagon and its two-door offspring, the shooting brake. In fact, rumors have begun to circulate that Mercedes-Benz will debut a sexy, shooting brake variant of the CLS at the 2010 Paris auto show.
