We've seen a number of flying car concepts over the years. Some have been compact planes no bigger than an SUV. Others, like the Terrafugia Transition, have transformed from car to plane and back again. But all have been created to get people from Point A to Point B with style, comfort, and speed. The I-Tec Maverick is different: part dune buggy, part parasailer, the Maverick is decidedly no-frills, but extremely versatile, functional, and easy to use -- perfect for reaching folks in out-of-the-way places, like disaster zones. There's no flying footage in the video above, but you'll get the idea. [Autopia]
