We take back everything bad we've ever said about the Ford Ranger.

Well, okay, maybe that's a little extreme, but we have to admit that we're pretty impressed by the way this Ranger handled a run-in with a Piper Cherokee outside Johannesburg, South Africa. Even more incredible: everyone survived. It's a brave new world, indeed.
