Gaywheels Wants To Know: What's Your Ride?

Gaywheels logo has dragged a lot of data out of the closet since its launch in June 2005.  Prior to its existence, it was easy to fall back on stereotypes when describing what the LGBT population drove (Lesbaru anyone?).  Then the site began publishing what their users were researching and that data put a dent in what was long assumed about the gay and lesbian driver; cars like the Toyota Yaris and VW Rabbit held the most popular position in their quarterly "Top 10 Most Researched" list and a Subaru has never made it on the roster.

Gaywheels, in partnership with a market research firm called Sorgenfrei, is taking things a step further with the debut of their LGBT Vehicle Owner survey.  They are asking the LGBT community to share what they actually own and are attempting to shed light on whether sexual orientation dictates vehicle ownership.  There are sure to be some surprises.  People of all orientations are invited to take the survey--click over to their survey and help them get some real-world data, won't you? We'll report back when the results are in.
