Race Circuit; 1:31.285 Race Time)In the first podium since Monza in '01 without Michael Schumacher, McLaren's David Coulthard took full advantage of the reigning World Champion's miscues and wet weather to secure the victory. In a scrap for 2nd place with Kimi Raikkonen's McLaren Mercedes, Raikkonen put Schumacher's Ferrari over a curb, resulting in damage to the barge boards and the need for an unscheduled pitstop. Juan Pablo Montoya's 48th lap spin vaulted Coulthard into the lead, with Montoya's Williams, Raikkonen, and then Schumacher in 4th at the finish.
