2016 Toyota Sequoia vs. Its Competition

2016 Toyota Sequoia
Martin Padgett Martin Padgett Editorial Director

The Toyota Sequoia earns high marks for its interior space and towing abilities.

The Ford Expedition has been redesigned for 2015, and feels more luxurious than the Sequoia.

The Chevy Tahoe and GMC Yukon have both been redesigned as well, and offer more technology and a roomier cabin than the Toyota.

Those who want a more luxurious crossover feel may want to consider the Dodge Durango, which offers much of the industry's newest tech—as well as excellent driving dynamics and adequate towing abilities.

There's also the aging Nissan Armada, which earns the worst fuel economy numbers, but offers ample towing ability in a relatively affordable package, given the segment.
