The Bentley Mulsanne is the closest, although it is noticeably sportier and has a heavier VW influence than the Phantom.
The new Mercedes-Maybach S600 might also be a close rival, and is more loaded with up-to-date technology.
But the Maybach is visibly an S-Class, which won't sit well with those who don't want to be associated with mere $100,000 vehicles.
