2016 Nissan 370Z

The Nissan 370Z in one of the only affordable cars on the road today that so successfully blends sports car dynamics with touring-car comfort.

The Ford Mustang was all-new for 2015, offering better fuel efficiency and more technology for the money, as well as the best ride and handling of a stock Mustang to date.

The Hyundai Genesis Coupe isn't quite the performer that the Nissan is, but like the Mustang it comes with the added advantage of a rear seat.

The Infiniti Q60 is mechanically similar to the 370Z and offers more luxury and better refinement–for a price; a new Q60 coupe is on the way for 2016.

The Porsche Boxster and Cayman both feel more nimble than the 370Z, but start at higher prices and can easily cost double once loaded up with the most desirable options.

The Chevy Corvette could be seen as an alternative, as the new model is much more refined and well-suited to grand touring, but it too carries a higher price tag than the Nissan.
