2018 Jaguar XE vs. Its Competition

The 2018 XE is playing in a crowded, competitive segment.

BMW’s 3-Series has long held the crown as the best handling car in the class, but we’ve found the Cadillac ATS to outdo the Bavarian mainstay and like its styling better, too.

Mercedes has hit its stride with the C-Class, and styling remains a plus in 2018.

The recently updated A4 is still boring, but tech and fuel economy are top of the heap.

The Lexus IS has some funky styling and intriguing handling hardware, but has a long way to go before earning its sport sedan stripes like the rest.
