2016 Buick Cascada vs. Its Competition

The Volkswagen Eos is definitely the Cascada’s leading rival at launch—although the Eos goes away after the 2016 model year.

The Audi A3 Cabriolet steps in instead, and against that, the Cascada is a better value, if not quite as engaging to drive.

The little MINI Cooper Convertible looks extroverted, quirky, and even a bit unusual, which helps it appeal to a completely different kind of buyer.

The Ford Mustang is another polar opposite in contrast to the quiet, understated Cascada, but it’s worth cross-shopping as the Cascada is priced about the same as a base V-6 Mustang.

Finally, the BMW 2-Series delivers similar interior room and luxury features, but with a heftier sticker price and, if it's important, a lot more prestige.
