    I don't feel that the government is so much concerned with the lives of people so much as they are with fining people. We are in deep financial trouble, so why not nickle and dime everyone that they can?

    @Daniel: Not sure I understand your point here, since the Senators weren't threatening to fine Apple, Google, or RIM for non-cooperation. If you're referring to fees from DUI tickets...well, that's a lot more than nickels and dimes.

    @Daniel: If the government was trying to do as you say, they would also remove the apps that show red light cameras and speed traps. Why is everyone so skeptical that there are actually people out there that care about you? So many pessimists see our government the same way you do. It's Anti-American.

    How is it Anti-American to express disappointment at our government? From where I stand the government works for corporations, not the American people. That is my humble opinion, which as an American I can express, and you can disagree with.
