I have a 2007 Acadia and has almost 150,000 miles on it and I love it!! The ride is STILL smooth and the cabin is quite from the outside and confortable. I have 3 kids and one is 6'3"; he can ride in the 2nd row of seats comfortably behind me. I sit way back as I drive. This is the perfect vehicle for a family of 4 that is active and travels a lot. Due to work I have to get a pickup; I haul a lot of weight and have put 500- 1000 lbs in it often and would rather have it in the back of a truck then inside the Acadia. The 2013 looks nice. We will keep the Acadia and my wife will replace her van with it and it will last another 100,000 miles.

And when is Cadillac getting their version? Make GMC what it always was, Trucks, not necessarily "people movers". Make the Terrain "gorgeous" and give it to Buick, this way Buick has the "Century" Crossover (Terrain) and the Enclave. Cadillac will have the SRX, the "Calais" (Acadia) and the Escalade trio. Calais (Cal lay) is a name from Cadillac past, or call it an Escalade with a letter denote, similar to EXT, etc....

I don't understand General Motors thinking? They don't need two truck lines, they certainly don't need three near-identical Crossover's and why they didn't give the Pontiac Solstice or Saturn Sky to Buick or Chevrolet is crazy. I don't agree that the Acadia is "Butt Ugly", actually I think it is much better looking versus the Chevrolet Traverse. They cut several dealership's, necessary, now they are talking about adding several hundred more dealerships?

This Arcadia was and always will be butt ugly. GMC should just become commercial and big trucks.

Isn't GMC the "truck" division between the two? So, when the rumored "baby Enclave" hits showrooms, GMC will also lose its versionof the Equinox? Also, Its truck is already a virutal twin of the Silverado. Since GMC has no unique models, why not axe the whole brand by this logic?

If the issue is the overlap at GMC-Buick, they should rebadge the Acadia as a Chevrolet and lose the Traverse.
