    "Even BMW has said its next M5 will replace the current turbocharged V10 with a fire-breathing turbo straight six."
    BMW uses a normally-aspirated V10 in the M5/M6 and a V8 in the M3.
    Speculation is that the M3 will return to a six-cylinder, in turbo form. It's a safe bet the M5/M6 will get a version of the new turbo V8 in the X5/X6M.

    As long as gas is still under $4/gallon, americans will continue to buy cheap pushrod V8s.
