Leaves A Lot To Be Desired

Compared to other Toyotas, the Rav4 is a bit of a disappointment. The interior is laden with cheap plastics and the exterior paint job is extremely thin, chipping from any and all road debris. Acceleration is terrible -- reving to 4,000 rpms going from 0-45 and still taking 10 or more seconds to do so. This car would definitely benefit from more horsepower.
