Pros:The E36 3-series body style is hot and the 328is is the hottest of the lot. Compare the (E46) 3-series (325/330) and the 328is. The 328is wins hands down. Well-built interior. Sunroof is excellent, heated seats warm up quick, on-board computer is nice, and dual-zone climate control with an amazing front windshield defroster is superb.
