Pros:Excellent sport qualtiy for a luxury flagship sedan. While in the shop for skd maintenace, I was given a 2000 328i loaner and was suprized to find out that my 740i handled as well if not better in many road conditions. Needless to say, the amenities were far superior on the 740i. Both autos are excellent performers.
