Other Choices:

The Mazda5 is a mini-minivan with a decent powertrain, a sliding side door, and enough room for five. The Scion xB has its own alternative appeal, but seems thicker and less fun than the first-generation version. For van lovers and needers, the Ford Transit Connect arrives for the 2010 model year, offering a four-cylinder powertrain and a customizable rear cargo area.
