a 99 S80? I would not, that must have been its first year and I heard it had a lot of problems all the way till 2003. If you are going to buy any volvo, either one from 2004 till 2008, or buy a 98 S70. That is what my mother has, it is fast (GLT turbo charged) and its a freakin tank. Volvo changed...

Why bother with wires? 99% of seat belts have the same buckle on them, so just get an old seat belt buckle from a scrap car and leave it plugged into the clasp of the offending seat.
