those are called readiness codes. part of the global obd2 system. you need a code reader to check them, their are 8 and you need at least 6 to pass inspection. they are -evap -sec air -o2s -o2 heaters -cat -cat heater always 0 -a/c always 0 -egr always 0...

Cant remove my altertnator on a 2005 beetle?
i removed the two bolts that hold it to the engine and double checked too see if there was anymore bolts but thats it. but it still wont budge an inch, it still feels like its on solid i just put wd40 on it to see if itll loosen it up but wanted too know if im missing anything
