Questions & Answers

What people are asking about this car
My 2001 VW Beetle's EPC light and MIL light come on. What does this mean?
The lights turn on when I turn the key in the ignition but do not stay on when I start the car up. I haven't experienced any trouble going to certain speeds, but the lights worry me. I read in a few places this could mean I have a brake light out? Could it be something more serious? And about how much would these repairs run? Thanks!

Most all cars indicator lights will light up when you turn the key and a few will stay on for a second or two once the car is started. They are just lighting up to test that the bulbs are working.
