Is a 1998 VW new beetle a good car to buy?
I am looking to buy my first car and my aunt is selling her 1998 VW new beetle to me for $4000. She is getting all the fluids drained and replaced and just had a window fixed. It has 44,000miles on it. Would this be good purchase? I am only looking to spend $4000, so should I stick with this car or find another car?? Thanks!

I try to talk people out of buying high mileage crap every week. This is the jewel...

In that case you need antifreeze which is green not red. Antifreeze does act as an anti-boil as well. Prestone and all the...
