Simple Try the Idle Air Control Valve. Common problem, you'll find that once it's started and you giving it revs it wont settle, it'll just fall to zero and stop. It'll cost about 150 to have one fitted but it's a very simple job, You can always remove it yourself and clean it, check where it is...
