Why is the 2002 VW Cabrio so loud when driving fast?
when you go about 65+ its so loud inside!! wind sounds mostly. how do i reduce it besides "driving slow".....? thanks!

Check the door seals and window seals and the fact that the doors shut properly. Is it wind or tire noise? If the tires had just been changed over to winter tread, it is normally louder.

Vw 2002 cabrio is very noisy at high speeds?
after going faster than about 45 mph, the wind noise is SO LOUD! it sounds like it is coming from the top, where it meets the windshield. can it be fixed by getting a new top?

if air is coming in you could adjust the locking hooks tighter, if it just sounds loud like an airplane then you have a bad wheel bearing
