Its about 3 grand extra for the Hybrid version, and only you can determine whether its worth the extra cash. Toyota did not engineer the Hybrid Highlander for max. fuel mileage, they set it up for maximum power, its fuel economuy is only slightly better than a non-hybrid but it has a lot more power...
