if its a 4 cylinder, its on the bottom by the oil pan. if its a 6, its on the front, right below the exhaust manifold.

How do you replace a Magnet Clutch Relay on a 2002 Toyota Camry?
is it easy enough for any shmoe to replace or should i take it to a mechanic?

The Relay just plugs in, if it is the Mag Clutch then you need to take it somewhere because you have to clear the Freon and recharge. Reference:10 Year Toyota Master
