We brought our 2007 Suzuki XL7 into the dealership Thursday, because we lost power steering. They had to order a power steering pump and replaced it. They said it would be a little hard to turn due to air bubbles trapped. But, we have had it for two days now, and it seems harder than before it got fixed to turn! We can only turn the steering wheel...

They should have bled the system of any trapped air when they replaced the pump. It needs to be taken back and don't leave until it is done right. Reference:Over 40 years repairing and restoring cars.

The slightly longer wheelbase model IS the XL7. XL meaning "extended length" and 7= 7 passenger. You can do it yourself. However, it would've been cheaper overall to purchase one with the 3rd row seat already since you get rear A/C also with the third seat from Suzuki.
