How do you fix a 2002 grand am se driver side door that wont open?
I opened the driver side door and sat in the car. When i closed the door it wouldn't shut. I noticed the latch was off so i pushed the latch up in the right position. I then closed the door and the door shut fine like normal. I then tried opening the door literally 2 seconds after i shut it and it wont open or budge at all. The lock for the door...

i have a 2002 pontiac grand am with the 3400 engine. It has been fine until yesterday i started it and it made a clapping noise in the engine. This noise gets faster as i accelerate. As my engine reaches normal temperature, the noise stops completely though. what can this be, and what do you think it is?
