Dealer is your best bet. If this helps, you can remove the inner sleeve(centre console) by removing the plates within the console to get at the two rear nuts.

Where is the second fuse box on a 1997 pontiac bonneville?
I know theres a fuse box under the drivers side but where is the second fuse box thats supposed to be inside the car and how do I get to it? the owners manual says its under the glove box but doesnt give details
