What people are asking about this car
1998 Oldsmobile Aurora Lights in Trunk Lid?
I have a 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora that has a light strip running across the back that is contained in the trunk lid. I have a crack in the lense in the trunk lid and it is now filling with water during a hard rain. I need to know how to get into this trunk so I can attempt to seal it off.

Light units generally fasten blind (ie: on the inside) so you need to examine CLOSELY the trunk lid behind the light location and see if you have clips...

Does anyone know how to disable an alarm system for an 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora?
We are having problems with our alarm system. The headlights flash at random and a fast, clicking noise can be heard in the steering column and fuse box.

Your problem is probably not the alarm system, it is most likely the multi-function/headlight switch in the column. That was a pretty common thing for that body aurora. Greatautohelp.com Reference:KK at greatautohelp.com
