Depends if it's XE or SE However, A/c is standard on all models. Power windows and door locks is optional for XE standard on SE Sunroof is only available on SE ABS standard Cd player optional on XE Cruise control is a option. Xterra are as the ad saids "everything you need nothing you don't"...

Check the fuses , the wiring , any possible switches and check for bad corroded or rusty connections or wires that are internally corroded , melted wiring , for sure check the grounds too and check the bulbs. Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way there could be more then one fuse and there...
