The liquid kind. Go to Auto zone, and look for........wait for it.....Power steering fluid. No need for name calling.....what I'm trying to tell you, is that most bottles will tell you if it's ok for your car. You need Dextron lllor equivalent for your system. I've located a PDF for you if you want...

I assume what you are looking at doing is "up sizing" or "plus sizing" . Since there are a couple of optional tires for the Sentra rule of thumb is going a "plus one" or plus two" there are coversion charts available at most tire shops and they can tell you exactly what your options are based on...
