What people are asking about this car
Buying a ECU for a 1997 Mitsubishi Montero Sport 3.0L?
I know that going to a junkyard will get me one, but I am looking for a refurbished one (possibly with a warranty) or perhaps, someone who will repair/refurbish the one I have.

If you get a rebuilt or a recycled ECU you probably will need to get the immobilizer unit that was matched to the ECU. If it is not available you will need top buy a new immobilizer and program it to the ECU you will use. Time to go to the dealer! Reference:Mitsubishi Master Tech
