Ignore the previous posts regarding the batteries. The batteries are strictly for the remote central locking feature. They do not have anything to do with starting the engine. In fact, you can even take the batteries out of the remote and still start the vehicle. Does your spare key work? If so...

205/50R16 isn't big enough for the car, the load carrying capacity is too low. You can use them if you increase the air pressure to 40 psi and drive slow and easy, but if you enjoy driving fast around curves and corners you could have trouble.
