How much air pressure is required for my run-flat tires. I have a 2007 Lexus SC-430?

Check the placard in the driver's door for recommended pressures. Run flat tires are filled just like regular tires but will allow you to get out of trouble if damaged. One problem with them is they are not reparable (look closely at the printing on the side wall)
