Kia Spectra 2002 doesnt start ,even no any click on the starter.?
Lights are coming on the board but doesn't start when I turn the key . Sometimes starts OK .I just changed the ignition and was ok then...but now again same problem.so what can be wrong in there??????????

If the battery is the cause of no start condition, you will hear slight clicks-repeatedly. Not your case. Most likely, I would condemn the starter if no noise is there. Starter failure on KIA's vehicle is known due to short designed brushes. They don't last too long. Reference:Hyundai GURU

2002 kia spectra seems the starter went out or is it the timing belt how to tell?

Did the car just stop, quit running while it was in operation? If so it could possibly be the timing belt. If you shut off the car and it had been running fine, but will not even turn over now, it could be the starter. If you don't know anything about cars, don't just guess, get help.
