I just bought a 2007 Rondo, and the passenger seat belt light stays on, even though I do not have a passenger in the car. Is the normal?

no it isn't. get it checked out. if the seat belt sensor is bad than in an accident the air bag might not come out, because in the rondo's, those things all work together(seat belt, head rest, and air bag) t's called O.C.S.(occupant classification system) and when one thing isn't working right it...
