It is a clean tear- about 2 inches. I was wondering if there is anything I can use to glue it back together, or if a mechanic/garage would be able to fix it?

THIS IS ASSUMING YOU MEAN THE HALF TOP PLASTIC WINDOWS ON THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER DOORS, BUT IT ALSO WORKS ON THE REARS TOO. GO TO A POOL SUPPLY STORE (YES POOL SUPPLY) AND GET A LINER PATCH.
