Is it safe? How many stars? What is the Gas mileage? please give me your opinion and some facts, thanks! My dad bought the Hummer and he lives in Kyrgyzstan where the gas prices are really low since it is located near western countries with lots of oil, i am still worried about the safety rating though.

It's very powerful. I am not up-to-date yet on the exact specs, but my father works for GM and I've asked him this same question and he tells me he hasn't seen an enigme more powerful that isn't diesel.
