Hello, I bought a set of 1998 Honda Accord Halo Projector lights. the Lights came with to H1 bulbs included. How to I make the Halos around the lights brighter and how do i make the actual driving lights brighter? Can I upgrade the lights without a HID Kit? With the HID Kit make them better just by itself? those are the old style halos... the newer CCFL halos are much brighter. As for the headlights... you could try getting silverstars or something equivalent to get a brighter driving light . The HID conversion however will pay off much more in the brightness department, also will cost a hell of a...
