2005 S2000 rev happy engine?
I just bought my very own roadster. It's a 2005 Honda S2000 with 60k miles. I've babied it already and make sure to do everything right. While driving with my dad, I was getting on an on-ramp, so I put her into 2nd at 25mph(about 3k rpm) and got up to about 7grand when my dad started freaking out telling me that the car wasn't meant to handle...

your redline is at 8k they reduced the redline from 9k in the AP1 and they also changed the motor from the F20 to the F22. The fuel cutout for the AP2 is at 8200 so as long as you shift at redline you will be fine no worrys.

No, in fact I love the newer models. They have style and are more modern though you're entitled to your opinion.
